We only collection information that is necessary to provide whatever service has been requested by our customers; this will typically be booking the hall, and providing maintenance services.

We use paper and computer storage, including cloud storage, and data may be transferred by email.

Who has access to it?

Access to cloud storage is restricted to members of the Village Hall management committee using file sharing privileges, and by password. Information on paper is held securely by the appropriate member of the committee.
We understand that our Google cloud storage is GDPR compliant.

What do we do with it?

Personal details are only used for the purpose that they are given to us.
Details of public hirers ( for clubs, groups etc ) will be displayed on our website and publicly, only so far as is necessary to publicise the booking.
Details of private hirers of the hall are not disclosed outside the village hall. We will keep data electronically and on paper, only for as long as is necessary for administrative and audit purposes.

We use Google Analytics to analyze traffic on our website. This stores only the IP address of the user and this does not constitute data that is personally identifiable. We understand that Google is GDPR compliant.
